Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Remaining balances must be paid in full no later than five (5) days prior to the event. Events booked within five (5) days require full payment at booking. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Glam Jam Events LLC reserves the right to reschedule events due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, mechanical issues, staff emergencies, or any circumstance that may affect safety or service quality. Payments may be transferred to a new available date.
Weather Policy
Events may be rescheduled in cases of hazardous weather, unsafe travel conditions, or circumstances that may negatively impact guest safety or the quality of services provided.
Arrival, Parking & Event Timing
Our team arrives approximately 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event for setup. Arrival time may vary due to traffic or weather conditions. Guests are encouraged to arrive 20 minutes prior to the event start time. Events begin at the contracted start time regardless of guest arrival.
Clients are responsible for providing safe, legal, and accessible parking. Our bus is approximately 28 feet long (about 2 car lengths) and requires approximately 10 feet in width for safe parking and setup. Failure to provide safe parking or access may result in delayed, modified, or canceled services without refund.
Travel Fees
Travel fees are based on the distance from Haddonfield, NJ to the event location.
- 1–15 miles: No Charge
- 16–25 miles: $65
- 26–35 miles: $95
- 36–50 miles: $145
- 51–70 miles: $210
- Over 71 miles: Custom Pricing Applies
Applicable tolls may be added to the final balance. Travel fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Entertainment Services Only
All services and treatments are for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed professionals. Glam Jam Events LLC does not provide medical, cosmetology, or transportation services. Guests are never transported, and all parties are conducted while the bus is stationary.
Allergy, Safety & Supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns prior to the event. Participation is at the parent/guardian’s discretion. Glam Jam Events LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or incidents related to products, snacks, beverages, crafts, or participation in activities. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children before, during, and after the event.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By booking or participating in services, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Glam Jam Events LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, allergic reactions, damages, losses, or incidents occurring before, during, or after the event to the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law.
Photo & Media Release
By participating in services, clients grant Glam Jam Events LLC permission to photograph and record event activities for marketing, advertising, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.
Final Agreement
By booking services with Glam Jam Events LLC, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and terms stated above.
